Jay-Z Is #6 on MTV's Hottest MC's List VII [VIDEO]

MTV's Hottest MCs roundtable announced today that Jay-Z is #6 on their list for the year. I'm interested to see who's ahead of him, because I'm probably going to have something to say about this one.  Watch their reasoning below, and hit the jump to see the remainder of the list so far!
