Roc Nation singer Rita Ora has already been extremely successful after gaining a #1 hit in the UK with DJ Fresh on "Hot Right Now," and now she has her first solo single that's ready for constant radio play.  Jay-Z stopped by New York's Z100 to premiere her single "Party & Bullshit" earlier today, and now the CDQ has surfaced. Nice, simple pop track.
