In just a few days, Beyoncé will debut her music video for 4 bonus track "Dance For You" on her concert DVD Live At Roseland set for an exclusive release in Walmart stores on November 29th.  The song itself is extremely seductive, and from the looks of it, the visuals do not disappoint! For those of you who weren't fortunate enough to see Beyoncé live during her short 4 Intimate Nights tour, the superstar has teamed up with Vevo to release a full stream of the concert.  The DVD, Live At Roseland: Elements of 4, will be exclusively available at Walmart beginning November 29.

Now if you don't mind me, I will be teaching myself Bey's choreography while I watch this and munch on some cereal.  Flash mob, anyone?

Last night, a performance of Beyoncé was aired showing her without a baby bump, which caused many people to feed into the conspiracy theory that she's not really pregnant.  The truth? When Beyoncé and The Roots performed on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon back in July, they saved her performance of "Countdown" to be used at a later date.  Check it out below, and let Bey be!

As you all know, Beyoncé's got a bun in the oven (a little girl!) and isn't able to go on a world tour to showcase her latest album 4.  Fortunately for those who weren't able to get into King Bey's 4 Intimate Nights shows at NYC's Roseland Ballroom, there will be a DVD of the concert with tons of bonus footage coming out on 11.29.  Check out the trailer for Elements of 4 and let me know if you'll be buying it!
