New Music Video: Tyrese x Tyga - I Gotta Chick

It's been a minute since I've seen Tyrese work on the music side of things.  I'm happy because I Gotta Chick is a definite club hit.  Watch the video featuring Young Money rapper Tyga above, and enjoy the eye candy.  Tyrese's new album, "Open Invitation" is set to be released on November 1st.

Spoiler: There's no Megatron cameo like I'd hoped.

J. Cole - Work Out [Music Video]

The first official single off of J. Cole's Cole World: The Sideline Story is finally here.  Blame the wait on the leak of the original Work Out video; because of it, they had to shoot a completely new video.  I must say that I like this version, and it helps me feel the song more.  The album drops September 27.

In the meantime, check out the third installment of J. Cole's Any Given Sunday after the jump.

Wu-Tang & Jimi Hendrix: Tom Caruana Presents Black Gold

What do you get when Tom Caruana blends the Wu Tang's dopest verses with Jimi Hendrix's sound? I've got a hint. Lace a little bit of ______ with some ______.  But in a great way

Got me? Good.

[Music Video] Common x Nas-Ghetto Dreams

After a lot of teasers and behind the scenes videos, the official music video for "Ghetto Dreams" is here.  I love this song because it's Common and Nas their finest.  Reminds me of the hunger they had in their first albums.

Common's The Dreamer, The Believer should be out this fall. Up next, is going to be Nas's video for "Nasty," so be on the lookout.

Jay-Z & Kanye West - Otis: Cookin' Soul Remix

I love "Otis." It's one of my favorite tracks off of Watch the Throne.  When I saw that there was a Cookin' Soul Remix I became intrigued. How can you make Otis more soulful??

Well, it seems like they did.  For that reason, I encourage you to download it. Or if you would just prefer to hear the Otis Redding scream in a different way, take a listen.

A Tribe Called Quest Edition of GUE Radio

Check the rhime, y'all
It's finally here!

I was inspired to make Gangstas Use Emoticons Radio, Vol. 5 a tribute to A Tribe Called Quest after viewing their documentary.  Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest portrayed honestly and artistically the paths that brought Q-Tip, Phife Dawg, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, and Jarobi Brown together, kept them together, and split them apart. Just learning the story behind my favorite ATCQ songs inspired me to listen to their entire discography, and to dedicate Vol. 5 to them.

If you're familiar with them, sit back and reminisce.  If not, learn a bit and discover the main influence of today's biggest artists and producers.  I also encourage you to visit RapGenius to get deeper into the lyrics and to contribute your knowledge.

Listen below and hit the jump for the tracklisting!
