New Music: Phil Adé - College Girl

DMV rapper Phil Adé is the latest to create a weekly music series, and I'm glad for any chance to hear new music from him.  Check out his ode "College Girl," which samples "Angel," one of my favorite Anita Baker songs!

Erykah Badu - Out My Mind, Just In Time: Movement 2 [Music Video]

"Out My Mind, Just In Time" is the 10 minute closing track to Erykah Badu's latest album, New Amerykah Part Two (Return of the Ankh).  She decided to split up the visuals in two, and after 5 months since the last installment, we finally get to see the "Movement II," the finale.  Check it out below and hit the jump for part 1!

New Music: Miguel - Quickie (Remix) ft. Big Sean

Big Sean jumps on Miguel's blunt track "Quickie" and does the impossible.  He makes it even more blunt.  Check out this remix below and let me know if you prefer this remix over Twista's official remix!

Machine Gun Kelly - Rage Pack [New Mixtape]

I haven't been able to understand the hype surrounding Machine Gun Kelly, but now I have a body of work to hear to fully develop my opinion.  Check out Rage Pack, the first mixtape from MGK since he signed to Bad Boy Records, and let me know if you're feeling him!!

New Music: Slim The Mobster ft. Kendrick Lamar - Who's House

It irks me that the title isn't "Whose House" but I'm getting past it.  Dr. Dre recently stated that he's only going to be working with Slim The Mobster and Kendrick Lamar for the next few years, and the two chosen ones have linked up for "Who's House."  Listen below as they spit over the Boi-1da produced Big Sean track, "My House!"

Jessie J - Domino [Music Video]

This isn't an official video from Jessie J, but it's a great montage of her live performances and journey so far as an artist.  Watch below to see clips of her performance in a London subway as well as her MTV Music Awards debut!

New Music Video: Kendrick Lamar - Rigamortus

"Rigamortus" is arguably the most impressive track on Section.80. I've personally tried many times to rap the entire song in one take like Kendrick does and failed miserably each time.  Check out the music video for the track below, which was directed by The ICU.

Kendrick announced that Busta will be on the remix, so I can only imagine how dope that's going to be.

Rick Ross Suffered A Second Seizure!

Terrible news today.  Gangstas Use Emoticons has learned that Rick Ross has suffered a seizure during a flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Memphis, and is currently unconscious.  The emergency call went in at 12:55 PM EST today, and the plane had to make an emergency landing.  CPR has been performed on Rick Ross, born William Leonard Roberts, but he is still unconscious.  Ross is currently on a gurney at the airport, trying to be resuscitated.

Regardless of how you feel about Rick Ross and his music, keep your thoughts and prayers up for him! We shouldn't have to say goodbye to another rap talent so prematurely.

For more information, visit TMZ or keep checking in for updates.
