New Music Video: Blu - Doin' Nothing ft. U-God


After seemingly disappearing into an alternate dimension, Blu, an LA emcee who many thought would take the crown when he built a huge following in '07, has finally returned to the spotlight.  In August, he released the highly anticipated project No York (#LatePass download after the jump!), and now Blu's let go of the visuals for his opening track "Doin' Nothing" featuring Wu-Tang's U-God.

Joe Budden Talks Slaughterhouse LP, Says It's "About 90% Done"

Beyoncé Performs "Countdown" On Jimmy Fallon [VIDEO]


Last night, a performance of Beyoncé was aired showing her without a baby bump, which caused many people to feed into the conspiracy theory that she's not really pregnant.  The truth? When Beyoncé and The Roots performed on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon back in July, they saved her performance of "Countdown" to be used at a later date.  Check it out below, and let Bey be!

Jody Duff - What The Duff [New Mixtape]


My homie Chizom always makes sure I keep Gangstas Use Emoticons fresh by putting me on some of the dopest newcomers in the game.  Thankfully, he introduced me Chi-Town emcee Jody Duff's new mixtape What The Duff, a very well crafted project featuring dope production from Wiffleball Wilson, St. Ghoul, and more.  It even features veteran emcee Mic Terror!
