I guess I was hit with the itis too long this week and I let this Frank Ocean slip past me.  He dropped off this short new track "4 Tears" on his Tumblr right after Christmas:

If you're trying to recall where you've seen her from, you may have seen her performing on BET in '09 as part of Tiny & Toya's now disbanded group.
