Back in April 2011, Ma Dukes, the mother of the late, legendary producer J. Dilla, announced the Rebirth of Detroit project. The compilation will consist of Detroit emcees like Chuck Inglish and Boldy James collaborating over previously unreleased Dilla tracks to help unify a city that has become pretty fragmented since Dilla's passing.
