Jay-Z Performs "Public Service Announcement" Live At Carnegie Hall

American Express recently revealed that Jay-Z would be the headliner for its SXSW showcase on March 12th at 8 PM ET. The show will serve as the kickoff for the music leg of the festival and will be live streamed on YouTube and available for view on demand from March 13-19 for those who won't be there. To promote the concert, AMEX released high quality footage of Jay-Z's performance of "Public Service Announcement" at Carnegie Hall. DJ Black Bill Gates did the job for me and captured a night in the life of the Codeine Cowboy, which included shooting the video to "Yao Ming," performing in Decatur, and hitting the studio.
