Kat Dahlia - "Clocks"
With the surprise smash single "Gangsta" introducing Kat Dahlia as one of music's next up, the Miami bred beauty continues to build momentum with the Salaam Remi produced "Clocks." While I'm usually an Hourglass girl myself, I'm making an exception for this track which shows off a lighter yet equally edgy side of Kat. Stream the track below, and look out for her debut album My Garden which will be released via Epic Record's Vested In Culture label.

Ryshon Jones - "Her Remedy" Feat CIDNINJA (Prod by Te Diggs)
Count on Ryshon Jones to come through with a narrative that completely invades your train of thought. In Theory out now; Track 15 up next!
This song was inspired by an old relationship and as artist we use music as a platform to express things we experience. The song is about a female suffering from a bipolar disorder and going through many things in life and through it all she uses sex as a remedy to cover up what she's scared to reveal.I wanted to release this as a "single" so to say in light of the video I have coming very soon for this song. --Ryshon

Big Sean - "Fire"
Today, in a time where ridiculous publicity stunts like fake proposals are key reasons why people listen to music, it's refreshing to see that tracks like Big Sean's "Fire" can be appreciated without any huge banners or announcements leading up to the release. In fact, the Hall Of Fame track wasn't supposed to hit the net, but a premature leak caused Sean to let the passionate track loose for his fans.
Stream "Fire" below, and let me know if you'll be copping Big Sean's sophomore album Hall Of Fame when it hits stores August 27.

[Video] Jay Z Talks Commercialization, Competion & More With Elliott Wilson
While this summer has seen it's fair share of Hip Hop releases from the likes of J. Cole, Kanye, Wale, and Mac Miller, Jay-Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail has proven to be the biggest. With first week sales of 528,000 --not including the 1 million copies sold to Samsung weeks before it release-- and the first rap album to hit #1 on Billboard two weeks in a row, Jay has a lot to be proud of.
After giving The Breakfast Club and Angie Martinez a moment of his time with a pair of very telling interviews, Jay Z sat down with Rap Radar's Elliot Wilson to discuss #FactsOnly. Watch Part 1 below as Jay discusses his love for art, performing at Yankee stadium, and more.
